You may select the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email to stop receiving these emails. If you unsubscribe from the promotional emails described above, you will still receive emails with event confirmations.

The Site and the Services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. When you purchase a membership, event admission, or other Service, our third-party payment processor collects the payment and billing information necessary to complete the transaction. We receive limited transaction information, such as your name, billing contact information, transaction amount, payment status, and transaction date. We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers.
If you contact us by email, telephone, text message, online form, or another method, we may collect your contact information and the contents of your communication in order to respond to your inquiry, provide support, improve our Services, or maintain our business records. Calls may be monitored or recorded for customer service, quality assurance, training, or other legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.

We use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. Payment information is collected and processed directly by the payment processor in accordance with its privacy policy. We receive limited transaction information necessary to administer your membership and transactions.
If (i) Throwback Dating is acquired by, merges with, or receives investment from another company, or (ii) any of Throwback Dating's assets are or may be transferred to another company, whether as part of a bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company. As part of the business transfer process, we may share certain of your Personal Information with lenders, auditors, attorneys, and consultants.
