At Throwback Dating event you will meet people you actually want to be friends with (we’ve literally heard this from our community members).

We curate our community with professionals who don’t have time to waste on the dating apps and want to be around like-minded people with good values. Most importantly… they like to have fun!

If you've been on the dating scene for a while, you know that it's a serious time and financial commitment, with no guarantees. You spend hours on the app to find a connection, text, talk, and finally go out... only to realize that it's not a match.

When you come to a Throwback Dating event we can guarantee you are going to meet amazing people that you find connection with, and have a great time. We do all the vetting and planning so you can show up, have fun, and be yourself.

Most of our events have an age range listed. This allows us to create a better experience for those who attend.

There is no cost to join. You only pay for the events you register to attend. Events are around $100, give or take. It just depends on the event.

We launched in Chicago in October 2024 and are focused on hosting great events for the time being. Our vision is to build a social club for high-quality singles that will eventually expand into other cities.

Absolutely. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable at our event experiences.

Once you join you will complete a Compatibility Questionnaire. One of the questions relates to your dietary choices. We make note of this when you sign up to attend an event where there is food/drinks involved.

We’d love to meet your single friend! Some our events encourage guests to attend with a friend who is also single.
